Delivery Policy

Order Processing

• Add all required items to cart and proceed to checkout to complete payment and delivery details.
• From receipt of a completed, paid order, please allow 48 hours for processing and delivery thereafter.*
• On Checkout Page under "Order Notes" please specify any delivery requirements (specifically contact details and delivery instructions).

Delivery Days/Times

• Monday-Friday 09:00-16:00
• *Unfortunately we do not deliver on weekends, any orders placed on a weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery the following day.

Delivery Areas

• At present we only offer delivery in the Durban area or within 35km of Durban central (Free Delivery).
• Please inquire about outside areas to make possible arrangements.

Additional Info

• You will receive an Order Fulfillment / Dispatch Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, and you have not agreed to allow a third person to accept delivery on your behalf, then you will be contacted by our store to arrange for a second delivery attempt.
• For any urgent orders please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist wherever possible!
